Your Order Cancellation Rights:
You have the right to cancel your order within 1 day from the date of receiving the services, without providing any specific reason. To exercise your cancellation rights, please inform us clearly by email at contactus@ariannaltd.com. Once your request is received and verified, we will process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. No additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns:
To qualify for a return, the service must have been purchased within the last 1 day. Please note that certain services are non-returnable, including personalized or customized services, services that by nature cannot be returned or deteriorate quickly, and services that have been inseparably combined with other products or services after delivery. The company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
